Article V – Election
A. The election of officers shall be held each year at the Annual Meeting.
New A. The election of officers shall be held each year at the Annual Meeting. The election of the president, treasurer, and two At-Large positions shall be held in the odd numbered years. The election of the Vice President, Secretary, Recruitment/Retention Membership Coordinator, and two At-Large positions shall be held in the even numbered years. All positions are two (2) year terms.
Upcoming Elections: Sunday, May 17, 2026
The election of officers shall be held each year at the Annual Meeting.
A person shall be eligible to be a member of the Executive Board who is currently a member of the TCAOA and who has been a member in good standing with the TCAOA for at least (2) consecutive years prior to the date of the election or appointment.
A member interested in running for an Executive Board position shall submit their name to the Election Committee Chairperson, Craig Bauer by clicking here, no less than five (5) days prior to the Annual Meeting. A member may only nominate themselves for one position in that election.
The following positions are open for consideration. These positions will be held for two (2) years beginning immediately at the end of the Annual Meeting.
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Recruitment/Retention of Membership Coordinator
• Two (2) people for the At-Large position
