Dear Members:
The TCAOA regularly updates our list of Members in Good Standing (MIGS) to ensure our rosters are accurate and up to date by the season deadlines listed below. As you know, MIGS is one of the requirements to be eligible for postseason assignments so please make sure you are current on required association dues; have attended the required sport-specific association meetings; and not be subject to association discipline beyond censure (or equivalent).
REQUIRED SUBMISSION DEADLINES
Members in Good Standing status of officials and postseason assignment recommendations must be submitted by each association by the following deadlines:
• Winter Sports – December 5, 2025
• Spring Sports – April 10, 2026
