TCAOA Members:
On behalf of the TCAOA Board, I am sharing an opportunity for us to help the East Side Soup Kitchen in Saginaw by donating personal care items for those in need.
Here is how you can get involved. There will be a donation box at our Annual Meeting on May 17th for you to donate money, if you choose to. There is no minimum amount you have to donate but the hope is that you will be generous.
The goal is to put together 20 bags – 10 for women and 10 for men. The anticipated cost per bag is approximately $25. Each bag will contain a variety of personal care items, which may include:
• Body wash
• Shampoo
• Deoderant
• Lotion
• Powder
• Personal size Kleenex
• Razors
• Shaving cream
• Comb/brushes
• Toothpaste
• Toothbrush
• Wash cloth
• Wipes
• Socks
• Footies
• Chapstick
• Band-aids
• Roll of toilet paper
• Gum or candy
Once the items are purchased and the bags are assembled, they will be presented to the East Side Soup Kitchen on behalf of the TCAOA.
